F Squared was founded by market leading recruiters in 2018 with an extensive knowledge and background in the Insurance Market. As we know, network and reputation in our market is paramount…with F Squared, you will deal with specialists who can offer well – informed and practical advice. We are about building relationships for the long term, building value over time and becoming trusted advisors rather than just a service provider.

Too many consultants promising to deliver the world and failing to follow this up. Too many agencies working with you to fill a vacancy yet tapping up your staff at the same time. Too many consultants pushing candidates into jobs for a commission cheque and not taking into consideration how this actually affects the candidate’s long term career. Sound familiar…

Unfortunately, I have seen and heard these complaints far too often, so set about change. From this, F Squared was born.
